Thrive in Three is a 3 month 1:1 coaching programme for HR professionals keen to try HR coaching in an affordable, focused and flexible way.
OUTLINE
We will work together in identifying goals that will make you thrive in your HR career so that your sessions will have the biggest impact and are the best use of your time. These may include themes like career goals, confidence & influence, work-life balance and personal branding.
DETAILS
- Typically 1.5 hour sessions
- Sessions every 3/4 weeks
- Via Zoom or in- person
- Additional sessions can be booked as required
